Personalized Products
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, orders for personalized products may not be canceled, changed, or returned once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided in our Refund & Return Policy.
Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, spelling, and other personalization information before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.
If we make an error in producing your personalized item that differs from the information you provided, please contact us in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
